Mike Swiger, coordinator of the firm's Hydropower practice, will be a featured panelist at ACWA's 2016 Regulatory Summit in Sacramento, CA.   The panel entitled, "Tools We Can Use: Providing Grid Services", will address technologies that can be incorporated into a water system's operations to provide services that are beneficial to the water agency and the electric grid.
