Van Ness Feldman represented AVIC in a claim against a former tenant of a commercial/industrial building in Auburn, Washington to recover the cost of cleaning up hazardous metal dusts/residues from the former tenant’s metal fabrication operations.  Following a three-week trial, the trial court’s judgment in favor of the firm’s client is believed to be the most significant award of attorney fees and expenses in the history of MTCA.
