Mike Swiger and Sharon White will be featured panelists at this year's NHA Alaska Regional Meeting.  Sharon will be speaking about potential impacts of EPA's new Clean Power Plan rule under Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act, and Mike will be speaking on EPA's new definition of "Waters of the United States" and how this might effect project developers.
