July 13, 2010

"We were pleased to learn today of President Obama's intent to nominate our former colleague and member Jack Lew to head the White House Office of Management and Budget. Jack was a member of Van Ness Feldman from 1988 to 1993, when he left to engage in public service activities, eventually serving as OMB Director in the Clinton Administration.

For over thirty years, we have built our practice on a legacy of public service and leadership on complex public policy matters, and Jack is a proud part of our firm's tradition. He is a great person, a brilliant lawyer, and a true public servant. We congratulate him and wish him well in his new role."
