Michael McBride comments on the Environmental Protection Agency's decision to require the use of a blend of gasoline and 15% ethanol, commonly known as E15, for cars made in the year 2001 and beyond.  Mr. McBride states, "most of the vehicles on the road today ... were not designed to handle E15."
