On the day after a critical, two-day hearing of oral arguments by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit reviewing four of EPA’s greenhouse gas emissions rules, Kyle Danish will serve on a panel during a debrief session hosted by the Environmental Law Institute, the International Emissions Trading Association, and several other co-sponsors. The court’s ruling on these rules has the potential to significantly alter the regulation of greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act. The panel will discuss the impacts and implications of possible outcomes from the cases.
