Kyle Danish was recently quoted in an NBC News.com article on President Obama's nomination of Gina McCarthy to head the Environmental Protection Agency.

With regard to Ms. McCarthy's confirmation hearing, Mr. Danish says, “Though McCarthy is by no means pro-industry, industry groups generally respect her and believe that she gives them a fair hearing.”
