Rick Agnew will moderate a panel featuring fellow colleague, Jon Simon,  dealing with the Roadless Rule and the Impact on Alaskan Hydropower Development at the upcoming National Hydropower Association's Alaska Regional Meeting to be held in Girdwood, AK on September 26, 2013.
