Van Ness Feldman was a co-sponsor of this event, where tax partners from Shearman & Sterling presented a sustainable development program titled, “Renewable Energy Tax Incentives and Loan Guarantees Under the New Stimulus Plan,” on March 18, 2009 in New York.

The program focused on tax and economic incentives for renewable energy projects in the American Reinvestment & Recovery Act. Presentations will highlight planned tax incentives by fuel source, potential domestic and cross-border tax structures and prospective DOE loan guarantee programs for renewable energy.
