The Defense Logistics Agency- Energy will accept offers for the annual delivery of a minimum of 250 GWh of renewable energy and all associated Environmental Attributes consisting of a combination of (1) a minimum of 30 GWh of electricity generated from a solar photovoltaic renewable energy generation system located on US Army Garrison Fort Hood, connected behind the meter, and owned and operated by the Contractor; and (2) electricity generated from a wind renewable energy generation system that is constructed for the purpose of this solicitation on private property and delivered to Fort Hood meters through ERCOT .
