The Energy Bar Association's Natural Gas Regulation and State Commission Practice and Regulation Committees have organized a seminar entitled, Fracking Revisited -- Current and Past Developments, which will provide attendees with  "fracking 101 basics."  Participants will also hear from a former top state regulator's perspective and analysis of court cases involving fracking issues.   Van Ness Feldman attorney, Shippen Howe, will also be a featured panelist.
