Lisa Epifani was quoted in SNL Financial on the potential size of LNG export markets in the United States.  Ms. Epifani conveyed that the number of export terminals would be small stating, "I stand by the assessment of three to five export terminals in North America, just because these terminals are very expensive to build.  The price for one of these liquefaction facilities is $4 billion to $8 billion.  So it's a major financial investment."
