Kyle Danish  comments on the petitioner's arguments against implementing the EPA's Cross-State Air Pollution Rule in a recent hearing by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.  Mr. Danish states, “The EPA got tough questions and there were pretty strong arguments on the side of the petitioners. It will be interesting to see if the rule can survive all of these challenges.”
