Van Ness Feldman's Kyle Danish is quoted in a Bloomberg article that discusses the joint venture announced by the U.S. Department of Energy between U.S. and Chinese companies to recycle coal mine methane and use it for electricity.  Mr. Danish states, "It suggests some willingness on the part of the Bush administration to use carbon finance as a means of developing a major emissions-reducing project.''
