Megan Ceronsky will serve as an associate counsel in the White House Counsel’s office, where she is expected to work on the incoming administration’s climate change policies. Most recently, Megan was Executive Director of the Center for Applied Environmental Law and Policy.
Kelsey Bagot has joined FERC as legal advisor to Commissioner Mark Christie.
Avi Zevin has been selected to serve as Deputy General Counsel for Energy Policy at the U.S. Department of Energy. His portfolio will include legal issues related to DOE’s responsibilities for electricity, fossil energy and civilian nuclear energy policy.
Tomás Carbonell will join the Environmental Protection Agency’s incoming Leadership team as a Deputy Assistant Administrator for Stationary Sources, Office of Air and Radiation.
