Dan Press, who serves as General Counsel to the Council for Tribal Employment Rights, will be a featured speaker at their Annual National TERO Convention.  This year’s conference will take place at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino & Resort in North Carlina and is sponsored by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.  The theme of this year's meeting will be “Fair Employment Practices for Indian Country”.
