A.J. Singletary represents renewable energy developers, power plant operators, vehicle and engine manufacturers, policy institutes, and related clients on matters including strategic direction related to environmental law and policy, air quality permits under the Clean Air Act, regulation of vehicle emissions, new and existing climate change laws and regulations, and offshore wind development. A.J. is based in our Washington D.C. office.

Matt Vivian is an experienced transactional attorney who represents and advises property owners, private developers, and public entities in all aspects of real estate, land use, and local government matters including due diligence, acquisition/disposition, zoning, critical areas, shoreline, affordable housing, and historic preservation requirements. He has experience providing counsel across multiple jurisdictions and at all phases of the development process. Matt is based in our Seattle office.

James Bayot provides clients with a comprehensive view of major actions and issues emerging on Capitol Hill through by monitoring and analyzing federal policy initiatives, Congressional hearings, and briefings in the healthcare, energy, natural resources, and environment sectors. James is based in our Washington D.C. office.

Marco Bracamonte supports the firm’s attorneys and clients with natural gas regulatory and transactional matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and he assists with special litigation contract issues. Marco is based in our Washington D.C. office.
