Hannah Turner works at the intersection of Congress, federal agencies, and industry stakeholders to advise clients on energy, natural resources, and environmental policy matters. She develops and executes advocacy strategies, supporting clients in the advanced energy technology, environmental remediation, carbon management, trade, energy production, electric utility, and equipment manufacturing sectors.  

Hannah regularly supports strategic engagement efforts related to appropriations, infrastructure implementation, clean energy deployment, and emerging technology policy. Her experience includes tracking federal grant and loan programs, analyzing energy and trade policy developments, and helping clients navigate evolving political and regulatory landscapes. She has particular experience advising clients on securing federal funding - particularly through Department of Energy grant programs - and has assisted in securing more than $200 million in grant funding.
