Jordan is in the firm’s Energy Regulatory practice, where he focuses on advising public and private sector clients on environmental and energy regulatory compliance, including rulemaking and enforcement actions.
Prior to law school, Jordan served as a Government Relations Intern at Invariant in Washington, D.C., and as a Legislative Intern for U.S. Senator Chris Coons. He was also a Summer Associate at Van Ness Feldman.
In law school, he was a student clinician in the Regulatory Environmental Law and Policy Clinic at University of Washington. He also was elected President of the Student Bar Association, Secretary of the International Law Society, a member of the Moot Court Board, a representative of the Black Law Student Association, and was selected to be a student member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for Seattle University.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys traveling, cooking, and brushing up on his Mandarin.
