For the seventh year in a row, The Legal 500 United States 2018, recognized Van Ness Feldman as a national leader in Energy Regulatory law.  The firm is one of only two, “Top Tier” Energy Regulatory law firms for Conventional Power and one of only three “Top Tier” Oil & Gas regulatory firms to be recognized in the United States.       

Highlighting the firm’s work in the electric, hydropower, oil & gas, and pipeline safety areas, the publication describes “the ‘experienced and responsive’ team at Van Ness Feldman LLP [as] excel[ing] in representing clients before the FERC.”
