Following his panel presentation at the Energy Bar Association’s Mid-Year Meeting, Michael Diamond was featured in several trade press articles regarding the debate on which federal agency should ultimately have jurisdiction over hydrogen pipelines. In a spirited debate, Michael argued that hydrogen pipelines would best be served by being regulated under the Natural Gas Act, while his counterpart argued for the merits of being governed by the Interstate Commerce Act.
