DLA Energy will request competitive proposals for the purchase and delivery of the off-site renewable energy for a 20 year period to Philadelphia Depot Mechanicsburg, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Philadelphia, Earle Naval Weapons Station, and Naval Station (NAVSTA) Great Lakes. The Contactor shall deliver all electricity into the Pennsylvania, Jersey, Maryland Power Pool (PJM), provide the interconnection agreement, maintenance, and ancillary services to properly supply the renewable power to the point of utility inter-connection, and then schedule it with the local utility for ultimate supply to the Navy meters.
