Britt Fleming will be presenting at SAE's Government/Industry Meeting on Thursday, January 23rd.  Her presentation will provide an overview and discussion of the pending lawsuits challenging the Administration’s final Safe Affordable Fuel-Efficient Vehicles (SAFE) Rule, including the Preemption Rule and any final rule issuing the actual standards themselves. She will also include a high-level description of the key legal issues at play in the challenges and the timing of the rules.
