Welcome to our 2024 Summer Associates

Van Ness Feldman is thrilled to welcome our 2024 Summer Associates.

Juliette Stanley

Juliette is attending Howard University School of Law and received a  B.S. in Music and a M.S. in Education with a chemistry emphasis from Samford University. Prior to law school, she was an AP chemistry teacher and Science Department Chair in Nashville.

Ben Schultz

Ben is attending William & Mary Law School and received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Politics with an Energy Studies Minor from Notre Dame. He recently completed an externship with the Environmental Enforcement Division at DOJ. Prior to law school, he was a chemical engineer where he reviewed projects at the Naval Surface Warfare Center.

Brenton Riddle

Brenton is attending University of Oregon School of Law and tripled majored at the University of Washington where he received a B.S. in Environmental Science and Resource Management, a B.A. in International Studies, and a B.A. in Comparative History. Prior to law school he held several positions including serving as a researcher on the E.U.’s power grids, a fellow for Senator Slade Gorton Leaders Program, and a Program Manager for Nike.

Claire Ommen

Claire is attending University of Washington School of Law and received her B.A. in Politics with minors in Spanish and Math from Whitman College. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and a member of the Blue Mountain Land Trust Advocacy Council.

Hannah Roppolo

Hannah is attending Louisiana State University Law Center and received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from LSU. Prior to law school she worked as a chemical engineer where she focused her work on water system sampling and testing.

Rachael Youngblood

Rachael is attending Louisiana State University Law Center received her B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and previously worked for ExxonMobil and Gas South.
