Kyle Danish and Paul Libus Analyze the NRC's Approach to Regulation

Advanced nuclear reactors are critical for the energy transition but are getting bogged down in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s licensing process. VNF’s Kyle Danish and Paul Libus, along with Adam Stein of the Breakthrough Institute, have co-authored an article in the Environmental Law Reporter arguing that the NRC can modify its extremely restrictive process while still meeting its Congressional mandate to protect the public.
